This usually happens when Amazon’s restock recommendations don’t match your actual storage limits, so the system tells you to ship 61 units based on sales velocity but then blocks the shipment because your storage type or ASIN-level limit is already maxed out.
The recommendation is just an algorithmic suggestion, not a guarantee you can send that amount. To double-check, look at your Restock Limits and Storage Limits under Inventory → Inventory Planning, and check both your storage type (standard-size, oversize, etc.) and your “maximum units per ASIN” if Amazon has put a restriction on that product.
If your limits are already full, you either need to wait for some sales to free up capacity or submit a smaller shipment that fits within the available units. Once your sell-through improves or your limit refreshes, the system will allow you to send the full recommended amount.
