What should I do? Please give me some advice

I’ll give you a quick summary so I don’t bore you.

Last week, I opened 4 ASINs and started selling. Then all orders were canceled and the products were marked as defective. When I spoke with Seller Support, they said the ASIN appeared closed in the background.

When I spoke with the Account Health Center, they said the ASINs were open and there was no error in account health.

They told me to contact Seller Support. When I looked into this, I realized it was an Amazon system error. Seller Support says they forwarded the issue to the internal team, but there’s no response.

When orders get canceled and ASINs are flagged as defective while Account Health shows no issues, it’s usually a backend catalog or listing state mismatch rather than a true policy violation.

In these cases, progress only happens when the case is escalated correctly and all communication stays consistent across teams.

Did this start immediately after listing creation, or only once the first orders came in?
