What should I do in this situation?

I’m having an issue with my AU account, which I no longer use for selling. It’s requesting an invoice for a product I sold last year, but the invoice I have is older than 365 days, and it’s not being accepted. I purchased the product on August 16 last year and sent the invoice to Amazon on August 27. The invoice is being rejected because it’s only a few days short of the 365-day requirement.

Also, if my AU account is deactivated, will that affect my American account, given that they’re all managed from the same panel?

thank you for posting. I would advise you not to worry, Amazon rarely deactivates established accounts over a failure to provide recent invoice. Delete the product from your inventory and wait for the defect to disappear from your metrics.

If it’s over authenticity issues, then most likely yes.
