What should I do if the supplier doesn't provide an invoice?

I just received an order from Bath and Bodyworks of 10 items of a body wash. There is no receipt with the shipment and a quick google search led me to the info that they no longer send out invoices/receipts with shipments. The online order confirmation is so “not an invoice” I would be embarrassed to send it in to try to get ungated.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Is there a fix? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Reach out to Bath and Body Works’ customer service and request a proper invoice or receipt for your order. They might be able to email you a more formal document.

If they can’t provide a traditional invoice, consider documenting the shipment with photos and details as proof of purchase for your ungating application.
