What should I do if I want Amazon to put my product in an additional shipping box but Amazon doesn't want to do it?

I opened a case but the answer was that my product does not need an additional shipping box. My product is shipped in its original decorative white box and arrives dirty and covered with shipping stickers. Moreover, in case of return, it is not suitable for re-shipment.

We had to buy our own outer boxes and shipped our case of products to FBA. This way we know our product is boxed prior Amazon putting it in a box.

What @romel said. You can’t force Amazon to do anything they don’t want.

If Amazon refuses to put your product in an additional shipping box, consider enrolling it in the Frustration-Free Packaging (FFP) program, which ensures better packaging and protection during transit. Alternatively, you can modify your packaging to make it more durable and less prone to damage, such as using a protective sleeve or shrink wrap over your decorative box. Another option is to explore Prep Services where Amazon can add extra packaging at your expense. If these options don’t work, try escalating your case by explaining how poor packaging affects customer experience and your ability to resell returned items.
