My package was received two Sundays ago and is still just showing as delivered. I have more boxes being shipped out today. It’s a little discouraging.
Open a case with seller support and provide them shipment details if it took more than seven days since it’s delivery.
It’s definitely frustrating, but slow check-ins at Amazon fulfillment centers have become pretty common lately, especially during busy periods, staffing shortages, or when certain warehouses are overwhelmed. Even if your shipment shows as delivered, it can still take anywhere from a few days to over two weeks for all units to be fully received and stowed in inventory, depending on the warehouse’s processing speed and how they prioritize shipments. Sometimes shipments sit in staging areas waiting for sorting, especially if the boxes require manual inspection or if there’s a backlog. Keep an eye on your shipment status in Seller Central under the “Shipments” tab, and if it remains stuck with no progress for more than 14 days, you can open a case with Seller Support to start an investigation. It’s definitely discouraging, but unfortunately it’s become part of the normal rhythm for FBA sellers.
