What’s the difference between “Close listing” & “Delete product and listing “?

I have spotted closing the listing still affecting your ipi score and dragging it down, where deleting it ups the score up

Close listing temporarily removes the product from being visible , the listing remains in your account but inactive and fees may still apply (monthly subscription fee)

Delete listing permanently removes the product and its associated listing and you can’t reopen or recover the listing and fees associated with the listing waived
