For Financial, I would only keep listings which earn me at least $300/month and ROl of at least 50% to cover for slow selling and returns.

For sourcing, I only go with suppliers who are either brand itself, manufacturer or brands authorized distributor.

For team, I recently let a VA go for not reporting to me regularly and for keeping me in the dark.
