This is usually what happens if more than three people are using Keepa at the same time, just wait 24 hours. A maximum of three users can use it simultaneously.
Our team’s been facing the same issue lately, likely due to the VPN. I believe it’ll be resolved soon. In the meantime, consider using two different browsers: one for Keepa and another for the VPN if you need it for sourcing.
