One thing is for certain your competitors and activist buyers will be the first to leave you a negative feedback. If you are piggy backed on an existing listing expect more trouble.
Best thing is to get very cheap trinkets and sell them below your cost so you will have plenty of volume. If your account feedback does not get trashed drop the trinkets and sell your “good” product lines at profit.
Other techniques exists and all or most of it violates the law and/or amazon policy.
