Someone ordered from me, but its showing in pending area.
I presume you are asking about FBM.
Is this your first order? The majority of orders go into pending for 30 minutes while the payment method is verified and also, the customer is given the opportunity to cancel the order without your involvement,
If it has remained in pending for more than 30 minutes, then this means there is an issue with the customer payment. There is nothing you can do about this and the pending order will become an actual order when the issue is sorted. If not sorted after 10 days or so, it will automatically cancel. The inventory “should” go back to your stock levels but if you only have a few units in stock, probably worth double checking this has happened.
Orders paid with gift cards do not go into pending.
For FBA, all orders are pending until shipped.
