I received an email from Amazon stating: “In order to sell this product on the Amazon store, you must provide documents related to children’s toys. Failure to provide these documents may result in suppression of this ASIN from the Amazon store.”
This product is ungated for me, which is why I was able to list it.
Hi, Amazon has recently changed its policy for document verification when selling toys.
The process now requires Direct Validation via an approved TIC partner.
This is the training video I received during an Amazon webinar:
ASTM tests and CPC. Under the new Amazon rules, you will either have to test your toy with of their certified inspection companies or these companies they will have to verify the tests that the manufacturer has already done and supplied to you.
