Has anyone encountered in a FBM sale, where customer claims an empty package was received?
Ask for pictures and try to find if the package got damaged and the product got stolen during freight then refund the customer and file a claim with the courier company.

Yes. You can’t do anything other than refund.
Customer is always right in amazons world.
The package had a weight, and couriers charge based on weight. If the weight is recorded on the courier’s invoice, perhaps you can submit that as proof. I’m sure an empty box or air wouldn’t weigh much, you could give it a try.
(And here I was, thinking FBM was a safer bet…)
