What can I do to stop this?

I sell a few products seller fullfilled on amazon, normally have about 3-4 sellers on the auctions, and all of us have been around for a while.
Then all of a sudden notice there is 5 new sellers on our auctions, so I do a little digging and all 5 of these sellers basically all live in the same city and state and there item catalogs not just including the products I am selling but other proudcts as well are all identical. So basically it’s the same person controlling 5 diffrent accounts with the same item catalog. Hence he is now getting the buy box rotation on 5 accounts.

Nothing you can do. Leave it up to Amazon to sort out. People like this will probably fall foul of policies at some point so will eventually fall off.

But they will be replaced with other dodgy sellers so it never stops.

If you suspect that one person is controlling multiple accounts to monopolize the buy box rotation on Amazon, there are steps you can take to address the issue. First, gather evidence to support your claim of identical item catalogs and the connection between these five new sellers. Screenshots, URLs, and any relevant data can be helpful in demonstrating your case.

Next, report this activity to Amazon’s Seller Support. They have systems in place to investigate such issues and take appropriate action against fraudulent practices. Provide them with the evidence you’ve collected, along with a detailed explanation of your concerns.

Additionally, you can reach out to Amazon’s Brand Registry if you have a registered trademark for your products. They may have additional measures to protect your brand and ensure fair competition.
