What am I doing wrong?

Amazon is emailing me saying that my valid tracking rate is dropping, but everything I send is tracked. I send all items via Evri through the Parcel2Go website.

I select Evri in the first dropdown, then type Evri in the next box, and paste the tracking number copied from the label, including all the dashes, for example H-01263-56865-4677.

I believe that there are issues with vtr at the moment but in any case, I don’t think you should include the dashes. Saying that, I don’t use evri.

And make sure you enter the tracking code at the same time as when you mark the orders as despatched, not later.
