What actions can I take to ensure Amazon keeps my listing in good or excellent condition?

Hello Everyone,

After receiving a replacement order, Amazon marked my listing as Poor.

What steps do you think I should take? Will it affect my seller dashboard? Anyone know how I can improve my listing?

Any experienced sellers willing to share tips or ideas, I’d greatly appreciate your sincere suggestions.

It will actually affect the rating of that specific product. You will see the ratings going down 1 or 2 points. I’m going through the same issue and just opened a case with Amazon.

Voice of customer wont affect you too much.

Use it as a learning opportunity- Check you sent in the correct product.

Sell more units - more you sell - then 1 complaint wont affect the overall percentage.
