I’m selling on Amazon.de as a reseller and running into an issue with WEEE/EPR compliance for Fujifilm Instax Mini 12 (ASIN: B0BWP15J1P).
My listing is marked as Inactive (Fix listing issue) due to WEEE rejection.
Here is what happened:
I submitted the active WEEE registration number DE 49446360, which belongs to FUJIFILM Imaging Systems GmbH & Co. KG in the Stiftung EAR database.
The system keeps rejecting it. It seems the automated bot fails to pair the listing brand name (“Fujifilm”) with the official registered entity name in the EAR register.
How can I solve it?
