But my card already valid , and when i check my card the statue was active , anything i can do?

Amazon is asking you to update your credit card information. Is there a problem doing that?

Is it active in all marketplaces that you are registered on, whether you sell there or not?

Has your card date recently exceeded it’s expiry date.
