We have completed our review and determined that your generic product listing is not approved because it does not follow Amazon's Generics Policy

I keep getting this message trying to post a product. Spoke to CS but they don’t know why, and will “investigate”.

Then I got an email stating “We have completed our review and determined that your generic product listing is not approved because it does not follow Amazon’s Generics Policy” Other sellers are on the listing so I don’t know why I was approved to sell them, purchased it and now I can’t list it. Frustrating.

Should I create a new listing for it?

You mentioned that other sellers are on the listing, but you were not approved to sell them. This could be because the other sellers have been grandfathered in, or they may have been approved to sell the product under different circumstances.

If you have already spoken to customer service and they were unable to help, I would recommend reviewing Amazon’s Generics Policy to ensure that your product meets all of the requirements. If you believe that your product does meet the requirements and you are still unable to list it, you may want to consider creating a new listing for it.

Yes, I have tried that and for all 3 now rejected, they can’t seem to find a solution. 2 days on the phone with them and still waiting

That is no different than telling that seller they must ride in the back of the bus…
