Why did this happen?
We have taken this measure because you have listed items that are not permitted for sale on Amazon. Items sold on Amazon must adhere to all applicable laws and Amazon policies. For more information, go to “Restricted Products”:

At Aplus Global Ecommerce, we specialize in helping sellers like you navigate these complex issues and get accounts reactivated quickly. If you need expert guidance on preparing your appeal and resolving this issue, feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to help you get your account back on track.

Hello Arkesh,

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated due to the sale of restricted products. Based on my previous experience, suspensions due to listing prohibited items aren’t difficult to get overturned.

All you need to do is delete the listing in question along with any additional listings which are in a violation of Amazon policies, describe in your Plan of Action how you carefully reviewed all the relevant Amazon policies and all your remaining listings to ensure there are no more prohibited items.

Here is an example appeal addressing this issue, which may help when trying to prepare your own one.

Definitely don’t copy entire sentences but use your own words and talk about your specific situation:

Hello friends,
are there new information about this deactivation ? Do you succesfully appeal it ?
What kind of documents you sent to them, for example SDS, Product analysis or something else ?

Is your account deactivated or just at risk?

Hello, it is AT RISK, I still transfer money, but they call me that it will be deactivated if they do not receive a good appela and documents to support my appeal.
