Hello,
does anyone happen to know why updating VTRs through order related files on SellerCentral doesn’t work?
I’m pretty sure trackings are valid and reflect on the order details.
However; my VTR doesn’t change even after waiting a couple of days. We were able to edit trackings through order details and never happened to have a problem.
Is there any kind of solution to this?
