I’m new to selling on Amazon FBA. Doing well in first 4 weeks sold 388 units with £9k revenue. My concern is, I’ve had 16 refunds so far (6 in the last 3 days) whi h equates to 1 in every 25 units sold. My voice of the customer score is ‘good’ but is this refund rate high or should I not be worrying? I’m just worried incase I drop to ‘fair’ or will I need lots more refunds more that? I’ve heard average refund rate is between 5% and 15%?
That’s average. Also, you can check the average refund rate from your Seller Central for your specific category. If your refund rate goes beyond that, then you can start worrying.
Your refund rate of 4% is generally low and not a major concern. The average refund rate can vary but typically falls within 5-15%. Keep an eye on customer feedback for improvements.
I put approx 5k in but that included an FBA course for £800, new laptop and lots of orders on fiverr for pics, A+ content, product video etc, package design, insert card design etc etc
