Really need some help. Submitted all the documents for my home address and business office and now back asking again for council tax or business rate. I’ve submitted an agreement lease as I’m renting an office in shared space and don’t pay any utility or council tax but they keep asking and I’m lost now.

As long as the business is getting operated from within the UK, there should be no issue. What should suffice is your own proof of being UK-established and maybe a document from the companies house showing the business address. Would you be able to update that to display your home address?
So you are UK resident and your biz address is at a shared space elswhere?
