my account is under review since nov 2 and funds onhold, I submitted an appeal on Nov 29 and received a response for video call on Dec 2, I scheduled 1 slot each week of december, but up until now I havent received any video details yet.
I also wonder if I should also received a confirmation email after choosing slot?
Please help
