VAT Establishment place address verification

Hello

Im wondering if somebody passed ‘VAT Establishment place’ verification with a company Business address as a shared place ?

Im using a physical house in London as a shared place for a long time, I can share a rent agreement to Amazon, together with Invoices generated from the company which owns the house and a Proof of payment from my business bank account to theirs at least 6 months behind.

Thats given as option in their requirements if the seller dont have any council tax/utility bills on their business address.

On theory I cover their requirements using my shared place, but I want to see some feedback from somebody who passed the verification that way.

Plan B for me → Change my business address in COmpanies house to my personal address → change my AMazon business address to my personal and start the verification with only 1 address ( my personal one) where I got Electricity bill and bank statement.

Thank you

Keep things simple. Change your address means option B. The more complexity you show to them, the more time they will take to fix your issue. One place + one director + all bills on one address will make it easier.
