Use holiday mode to protect your Account Health

If you plan to take time off over the summer, we recommend that you update your holiday status to prevent new Fulfilled by Merchant orders and protect your Account Health.

When you set your account to On holiday, we temporarily remove your Fulfilled by Merchant listings from Amazon product detail pages and search results.

If this setting is not enabled, missed shipments can hurt your performance metrics, including the following:

  1. Late dispatch rate
  2. Valid tracking rate
  3. Order defect rate
  4. Pre-fulfilment Cancellation Rate

To enable holiday mode, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Store status and holiday settings.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Under Holiday status, use the toggle to set your store status to On holiday.
