Are you waiting a month or longer?
The time it takes for FBA inventory to be scanned in at U.S. fulfillment centers can vary based on factors like warehouse congestion, shipment method, and time of year. Typically, Amazon processes shipments within a few days to a week, but during peak seasons or at high-traffic warehouses, it can take two to four weeks or even longer. Some sellers have reported delays of over a month, especially if the inventory is sent to multiple fulfillment centers. You can check your shipment status in Seller Central under “Shipping Queue” to see if it’s still in transit, receiving, or reserved.
Mostly inventory scanned within 2 weeks, but operational delays may occasionally extend the processing time.
FBA check-ins are delayed. Some get scanned in 10-12 days, others wait up to 6 weeks. It depends on the fulfillment center.
