I’m currently going through a section 3 USA, however only sell in the UK? I have no issues on account health. What drives this? And does this if unsuccessful have the potential to impact my UK account?
I have submitted everything asked of me but with Amazon you can never be too sure. This is what I received in my US market:

We believe or our controls identify that your account has been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity in accordance with Section 3 of the “Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement”. In order to protect our customers, we verify the identity of our sellers through a virtual identity verification process on a video interview.
Yes, thousands of people got the same email. It’s mainly because, during the initial setup, they did it on a .com account instead of .uk. So, it’s linked to the same email on both the US and UK accounts. Since they never verified the US account, it’s now under Section 3. If this isn’t sorted out, both accounts will go down as they are linked to the same email.
Yeah, but I haven’t actually sold or listed anything in the USA. I only opened the US account because Amazon asked me to. In hindsight, it would have been better not to open it or to open it under a completely new business.
