Hi looking for some advice re Canadian verification. We were asked to verify our Candy’s account - we never set it up - we are a UK firm that sell in the US and i assume it was et up at that time . It is in holiday mode.
Did the verified as it asked for confirmation of my personal details - all did and passed. Five mins later - we think you are a bus es please reverify - did this - verification passed.
Then gives mins later US deactivated due to INFORM act - had to re verify address and bank - two hours later all passed
Account still deactivated- spoke to account health they said a difference between business details in each area - a beneficial owner - no where to enter on USA so they told me to delete on Canada - everything else matches - did this still deactivated .
Spoke to account health again told me internal error could take 7 days - in between seller support tell me still a difference- we can’t find one!
Any ideas? Sorry so long
