Urgent help needed

My sister in Pakistan opened an Amazon account last year, and it has been suspended. This is confusing. Can you clarify what exactly they are asking for?

First notification is a routine KYC, they want to verify residential address of owner, you need to submit any utility bill on owner’s name. 2nd notification is a nightmare, I went through it a couple of weeks ago. As you mentioned that your sister has opened this account and she lives in Pakistan, there are two ways to address this issue, one is to simply accept that your business is non-UK established and pay the due VAT, other is to go through a long process to prove that your business is UK established by appointing a director who resides in UK then add him as PAYE, have goods delivered to your registered company address to get an invoice to show physical operations on your registered address etc.
