I see that you have a DAC7 violation. This requires registration for VAT and without that, your funds will not be released. But I’m sure that you will have other challenges.

So what? Just finish the DAC7 questionnaire, everyone has to do it. If you are a Chinese seller, just select the option that “I do not meet the establishment criteria”. That’s all.
That may work as the option is there but as sales have been made, tax will be owed and I doubt if Amazon have a facility of backdating the tax owed and taking it from the proceeds they are holding. But you never know.
It’s always best to start correctly but as the OP bought an existing seller account hoping for a head-start, they might be in trouble,
The DAC7 questionnaire is really easy to complete, regardless of your entity. If there are any tax concerns, Amazon will withhold the disbursements and ask for repayment (the seller will need to appeal this).
But I believe that as soon as the OP finishes the DAC7 questionnaire, his account will be auto-reinstated immediately.

What tax? If you are outside of the EU, then Amazon collects all taxes through the marketplace tax facilitator.

But if you are based in China, then how did you open a UK-based account? You should have registered using your Chinese company.
If it is the case that you have a large amount of linked suspended accounts due to authenticity issues, where you were selling replicas of major brands, then I don’t think it’s likely they would release the funds.
