Updating a product with no brand

Hi,

who sells in Germany or maybe other countries is the same, if I get a product and I just change the design of the product, do I have to register it under my brand?

Or can I just sell it without any problem?

The product doesn’t have any brand name wrote on it, for sure after asking the distributor if it’s able for reselling.

I mean not just Amazon, but on your website, ebay and others.

If you are selling generic products, then you can freely alter them. You don’t need to sell the final result under your own brand. You can list them as generic.
