We continue to invest heavily in people, technology, transportation, and infrastructure to innovate on your behalf, while also working to be more efficient and manage our costs so we can provide an amazing value to you and our customers. To support these efforts, we would like to share the updates to our fees that will take effect on February 5, 2024.
- For the FBA outbound fee, we will introduce more granular weight tiers to better align fees with shipping costs. Envelope units will have 100-gram intervals, Standard units will have 100-gram intervals up to 1,000 grams and 250-gram intervals above this point. Oversize units will have 500-gram intervals over 1,000 grams.
- Inbound Partner Carrier rates will decrease by an average of 23%.
- Seller Flex fees will increase by an average 2.8%.
