UPC doesn’t match the listing

Hello friends,

I need some help to deal with a problem I scanned a supplier’s list and identified asin, purchased and sent to fba. Now, there seems to be a problem - the upc on the listing does not match the title as the weight and number of packets in the item will be less than what the title says. However, upc on the listing is what I have sent to fba?

Any guidance how to address this issue?

You always need to make sure there are no mismatches between the asin and the inventory you are sending to Amazon. There is no way to fix your inventory if there is a mismatch. You will have to create a removal order.

When you check any barcode on Amazon, you need to check the title from the supplier list too and make sure that it is exactly the same product as on Amazon, even if the barcode matches. If it doesn’t match, you will have to create a removal order to address the issue.

A upc corresponds to an item. There is not a different upc for a multipack in most cases. That is something you need to check before selling.

Thanks, I am not making a bundle these are the units and flavors in the pack brand is selling. There is a unique identifier for different variants. In my case, listing has either a wrong title or wrong upc.
