UPC codes required for brand registry on Handmade

I have been listing my items with my brand name and got blocked.

I have followed all the requirement except the UPC code and my application is getting rejected time and time again.

I have pointed out that Handmade items are exempt from UPC, but I might as well talk to the brick wall.

Any way to get this sorted?

Did you fill in the Handmade waiver form when you applied for the Brand Registry?
