I have two items with different UPCs that are two different size which Amazon merged. Seller support says they cannot unmerge them because one of the ASIN does not exist. They suggested I delete one of the merged items and recreate. I’ve tried to recreate using the same UPC but it’s now telling me there’s another ASIN totally different from the merged ones that already use our UPC
Do you have the other ASIN? It would help if you did.

I learned within 3-months of selling on Amazon that ASIN’s were something I needed to caputre. We can’t get a lot things fixed without it.
