I have a small problem. I’m ungated in a brand, but not in all their items. The one I specifically want to sell is closed. They sell perfumes, I can sell just some of them. There is no option to send invoices or request ungate.

thank you for posting into our forum. Please note that being ungated to sell a specific brand doesn’t guarantee you the ability to sell all of its products. Approvals and restrictions are category-specific, brand-specific and ASIN-specific.
Often, certain ASINs will require a separate approval. Some ASINs, brand or product categories cannot be sold at all by sellers from specific countries.
Sometimes, Amazon may require sellers to build a strong selling history before ungating for specific products of same brand. Focus on selling well in other categories to improve your seller metrics.
