Hi all, how you manage FBA “undeliverable address” refund?
What is the percentage of FBA orders that get refunded in all reasons, mainly not delivered or undeliverable? Thanks for sharing your experience
You don’t. Amazon handles all that for you. We don’t know the percentage, but I do see that the numbers are going up.
My best guess?
Undeliverable could a problem with the address. Not delivered would reflect that the customer said they didn’t receive it. Amazon customers are “brutal.” They know how to work the system so many of them could be lying about it.
