Unable to verify my identity after submitting utility bill

Tried with almost all kinds of utility bills but every time the same reply is given I can’t solve it in any way I have tried 10+ times with internet bill, electricity bill, telephone bill but nothing is working what can I do please someone tell me


Make sure EVERYTHING is exactly the same or you will not get approved. Spelling, abbreviations, everything.

Authenticity of documents must be checked out might be attached documents required with it. Need to check which documents you are sending
