I know what is NHS! I even have family members who are working in NHS. But my question is what does he mean by NHS certificate?

I think he’s trying to ask if he can provide an NHS document for business address verification for the account. But they don’t have that option. They only ask for an electricity, gas, or water bill at that address to verify the account. I think he is sharing the room and doesn’t have any other bills at that address.

But I think he should try using the SIM bill, which everyone has.
