Now, my question is about the stranded inventory. I have 26 units of hand soap.
Will I be charged more if Amazon disposes of them, or if I have them shipped to Florida?
Which is more ecomincal way in such situations?

In my experience, if the listing has been deactivated then you have to either have removed to your address or after a certain date amazon will auto dispose them. Either way, you be charged a fee for removal or disposal. Secondly, if its 26 units, then you have to weigh out whether you can resell this somewhere else…or find a new listing for this and that way you can make some of the money back.
Why were they restricted? If it’s something that can be appealed then appeal it first. If not then for myself, I’ll usually wait for few weeks before removing in case someone else successfully appeals it. If not then removal order and resell on another platform is the best option.
Normally, Amazon provides a timeframe for selling inventory before imposing restrictions and they usually send a notification before taking such action, don’t they?
The best bet is to resell on any other platform.
Yes you will be charged for disposal or removal, why don’t you try to remove the inventory and ship it back with new listings?
In case of new listing for same product what can I do to move there as inventory is with Amazon, contact seller support and ask to put me on new listing or something else?
It showed GTN number is different therefore listing will be removed and got removed this morning. There were a lot of sellers and couldn’t get rid of all before it got restricted. Was waiting someone might appeal when I got notification but I guess didn’t happen. Thank you so much seems I need to wait too for sometime.
There were almost 26 sellers and could not sell all of it in time
So shipping to my place would cost less than disposing off?
You would need to first find a new listing to make sure and then jump on to the listing. Don’t think amazon will do this for you. You would have to re label them of course so that being said you will need to have it sent back to you, relabel and resend.
That’s a good point - selling on another platform could offset the extra shipping cost.
Smart move, I am a bit hasty with my listings and always request a removal immediately.
It’s not that profitable product anyway and this is hassle too and an additional cost. I guess shipping back and using myself is better instead.
