Have you tried contacting first the customers who left bad reviews and solve their problem/concerns? There’s a possibility of them updating their reviews
There is no review removal service, anyone offering this is a scam. All you can do is submit requests for removal through Seller Central.

If you see any service provider offering you to get your negative product reviews or seller feedbacks removed, please be assured that it must be a scam, since no such thing exists.
All you can do is to report any review which you find to be in a breach of Amazon’s community guidelines and wait for Amazon’s decision.
