I want some insight about 2D barcodes transparency as Amazon is asking me to upload the barcode on the seller center to ungate that product.
At first the Asin was ungated for me and I’ve purchased that product and now Amazon gave me authentication violation regarding the transparency of the barcode.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to continue selling the product at all, since it requires Transparency barcodes. I had it happen to me as well and had to remove my entire FBA inventory. Amazon usually sends you an early notice about a product’s enrollment into Transparency.
Also, you should know that Amazon often enrolls products into Transparency despite that product doesn’t have any such arrangement with whoever controls the listing.
