Tiktok shop orders showing as unshipped

Hello TikTok sellers,

My shipping setting is set to ‘Ship by Seller.’ For the past two days, FedEx has been shown as the default carrier. Even if I add USPS tracking and change the carrier to USPS, it won’t update in the system.

Now my orders are showing as unshipped, even though all are in transit. This means TikTok’s system is unable to update the tracking progress. I’ve been shipping for months, and this is the first time something like this has happened.

Is anyone else experiencing something similar?
