Help

I keep getting this error with on if my items. I have updated weight and dimensions but I still cannot pack and send this item to amazon centre (FBA)
Anyone else get this or know how to fix this problem?
I have 30 listings and never had this issue before!

I have run into the same problem with a grocery item. I am awaiting Amazon to fix the listing. They are asking for screen shots of the error etc.

I did, and it never got resolved. All you can do is open a case with Seller Support in hopes of getting it fixed.
