This i2o brand enforcement trash is starting to spread like a plague

I got few letters treating to sue me on different brand. Wonder if ever of any got sue about selling brand products with just a supplier invoice?

Revlon requires that products sold under the REVLON® trademark are genuine, sourced from legitimate channels, and listed against the proper item. As part of our due diligence, we search for unverified product listings that use Revlon’s intellectual property. A lot of these are often very good fakes.

Difficult to know which is genuine and which isn’t.

One would assume reaching out directly to the brand’s legal counsel will resolve that question.

Yes, that is the only solution I guess. The problem is that we just do not want to poke the bear.
