The product details page adds inaccurate product information. How can I restore it?

Hello,

You have added inaccurate product information to product detail pages. This is against our policies. As a result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.com, and your listings have been removed from our site. To learn more about this policy, search for “Product detail page rules” in Seller Central Help.

Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.

You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central.

Hello @tiang,

thank you for joining. I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated. The notice which you received is quite rare and there has to be a significant level of abuse to warrant it. Often, sellers will receive it when trying harm another seller by editing their listings and inserting various prohibited terms into them.

Could you provide any additional details?

To appeal this decision, go to the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central, click the “Appeal” button next to the message, and submit a detailed Plan of Action (POA). Your POA should acknowledge the issue, outline the specific steps you have taken to correct any inaccuracies in product detail pages, and explain the measures you will implement to prevent future violations. Review the “Product detail page rules” in Seller Central Help to ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies. Include any relevant documentation or evidence to support your case.
