It’s a subjective term, title needs to represent factual information only.

The title has been changed, but I’m still not on the listing. I didn’t change the title. How can I get back on the listing?

Unfortunately, there’s not much you can do. You could try a partial flat file upload, but I expect the change wouldn’t stick.

Not sure how to do that. The image and title changed. It was previously a toothbrush with toothpaste now its 2 toothbrushes.
