Taking US purchases into Europe

Hi there,

I want to buy a few gifts from Amazon USA and bring them to my address in Europe, because the price within the USA is way better compared to UK/Europe prices, but they are offering 60$ shipping fees + Import charges.

Any way to avoid those shipping fees + import charges, or at least 1 of those taxes ?

Probably not, since even if you get an invoice you won’t have a proof of purchase.
