I am currently selling on Amazon US through a non-U.S. business entity. Due to the difficulty of obtaining suitable product liability insurance, I am considering forming a new U.S. LLC and operating the business through that entity using a virtual business address.
Would switching from my existing non-U.S. business to a U.S. LLC be a good option, particularly from an insurance and compliance perspective?
